At rChive Computer Services (RCS), we closely monitor the technology market for products that have the potential to benefit our customers. RCS is a today’s company and hence if we find some new product, we check out market reports on their performance, and often try out the product for our own use. We then meet with the vendor to discover if the vendor conducts business in a manner that is compatible with our standards. When all of this works, we look forward for business transactions.

How Did We Get Here? Manish

rChive Computer Services (RCS), as a company came into existence with sole objective to provide Professional Service and build a caring relationship with the customers. It was started by four young & dynamic Engineers specializing in Hardware & Software, Communications, Marketing and Supply Chain areas. In order to ensure the objectives, the company commits to following principles:

  • Quality – Invests time, money and resources necessary to ensure the desired quality and growth.
  • Service – Service to complement quality by understanding needs of its customers.
  • Efficiency – The company believes that the best way to productivity is to provide customers with the opportunity to learn about new products.

Work & Office Solutions

A) Installation & Commissioning:

We configure, installs, commission and support numerous works like hardware and software required to fully operate the LAN. Furthermore, we also source original or OEM parts quickly, efficiently and at competitive prices required for the same work.

B) Upgrades:

If your computer is killing your precious time, then chances are your computer needs an upgrade which essentially makes slow computers faster again. Using only the best of quality parts, we upgrade existing computers in order to resolve these issues. We work on upgrading memory, hard disks, CPU’s, Motherboards, CD/DVD Burners and operating systems.

As part of the upgrade service, we back up your data at server or backup devices to ensure that it is not lost.

C) Data Files Recovery:

We recover files information from all types of media (hard drive, SD Card, USB drive etc.), and operating system independent (whether it be, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac-OS, Android or Linux we can recover the data). So if you’ve lost ANY digital data please get in contact with us, and we’ll give you a free assessment depending on your situation. (Generally All Files recovered, photos, documents recovered).

D) Computer Solutions:

It may be just a single computer or a whole computer network which requires to be changed. We execute it in two ways:

  • We offer new computer solutions to suit your requirements with existing market brands or,
  • We will assemble them with your choice of components or using our quality parts that may be more cost effective.

We can set this up in your home using the latest products in wireless networking. Additionally, we can also supply and configure security suite software which offers anti virus, anti spyware, anti spam and firewall protection to ensure the effective running of your home system.

As we evolve progressively, one of our biggest challenges in recent months (and years) had been more technological advancements and in order to keep the business running efficiently, we keep adapting to new situations.

Recession:

There are many rumors around concerning the word ‘Recession’ worldwide. However we believe paying close attention to one’s customer base (i.e. focusing on providing ongoing product / service mix, to provide a first class service) are key to riding out the recession.

Note: To dig deeper into an issue & extract best solution we prefer email contact if your query involves ; looking for technical solutions, where for example you can include the part number of what you are looking for, or a good description in the email. On the other hand for just a quick query, a quick phone call is better.


Our Policy..no solution, no charge

WHEN YOU ARE CHARGED?

In some instances, the solution to your computer troubles may call for an upgrade or replacement of software (s) or hardware (s). If we advise you and you choose not to upgrade or replace the software or hardware, then you acknowledge that we have met our commitment to you by providing a solution to your problem, whether or not you choose to implement that solution. Therefore, in such cases, you will be charged for our services.

  • Warranty: Our onsite services are warranted for 30 days. If you notify any problem and our resolution indicates that our services were not satisfactory, then we will work to provide a quick solution to your problem at no additional charge.
  • Diagnosis: As a customer, you understand that computers are complex in nature and sometimes problems are more deeply rooted or complicated than initially diagnosed. You accept that a problem which occurs within the warranty period may be unrelated to the work we have performed and is therefore outside the scope of our services guarantee.
  • Sales Issues: When we sell you equipment, hardware or software, we may resell such equipment, hardware or software on behalf of a third party manufacturer or licensor. If there is a problem with any equipment or hardware we provide you, your concern rest with the manufacturer or licensor of such equipment, hardware or software and not with us.
  • Software Limitations: We do not warrant that the operation of any software we install or service will be uninterrupted or error free. You acknowledge that software (and information technology and communications products generally), including your software, may have errors and may encounter unexpected problems, and accordingly, you may experience downtime and errors in the use of this software.

We also reserve the right to discontinue providing any or all services if;

  • the minimum system requirements are not met (including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers)
  • works deemed unusual, extensive and beyond reasonable service repair
  • when our computer technician is concerned for his or her safety.
